Privacy Policy
Last Updated: June 10, 2026
1. Introduction
Welcome to Noxio (https://noxio.pl) (the "Website" or "Service"), operated by Alina Nosovets, registered in Poland with NIP: 5273174167 and REGON: 542287720 (referred to as "we", "us", or "our"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data when you use our Service, including data we access through Meta (Facebook) Platform APIs on behalf of authorized Facebook Page administrators, and informs you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.
2. Data We Collect and How We Use It
We collect and process two categories of data. (a) Account data. When you register or authenticate with the Service, we collect your name and email address. This is used to create and operate your account, authenticate you, and communicate with you about the Service. (b) Meta Platform Data. When an authorized Facebook Page administrator connects their Page to the Service through Meta's authentication gateway, we access and process the following data through the Meta Graph API, solely on that administrator's behalf and only for the Pages and live broadcasts they are authorized to manage: • Page and account information (pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement): the list of Pages you administer and their associated metadata, used to let you select which Page to manage within the Service. • Public broadcast comments and commenter identifiers (pages_read_user_content): the content of public comments left on your live broadcasts, together with the commenter's public name and user identifier. This is used to aggregate and structure comments into organized order tables and exportable files. • Messaging (pages_messaging): the ability to send order-confirmation messages, as a reply, to viewers who placed an order under your broadcast, and to process the content and delivery status of those messages. We use Meta Platform Data exclusively to provide the features described in our Terms of Service — aggregating broadcast comments into order lists and sending order confirmations. We do not use this data for advertising, profiling, resale, or any purpose unrelated to the Service.
3. Data Retention
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Meta Platform Data (comments, commenter identifiers, broadcast metadata, and messaging records) is retained only as long as necessary to provide the Service and is deleted when no longer needed, when you disconnect your Page, or upon your deletion request (see Section 8). We do not retain Meta Platform Data longer than permitted by the Meta Developer Policies.
4. Cookies and Non-Personal Data
We do not currently use cookies for analytics, advertising, or tracking. Strictly necessary cookies may be set by our hosting and security provider to operate and secure the Website. If we begin using additional cookies, we will update this Privacy Policy and request your consent where required by law.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal data or Meta Platform Data with third parties, except where strictly necessary to operate the Service (such as our hosting and infrastructure providers, who process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards). Your information is used only for the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Meta Developer Policies.
6. Requests from Public Authorities
From time to time we may receive requests from public authorities — such as law enforcement, courts, or other government agencies — to disclose user data, including Meta Platform Data. We apply the following policy to every such request: • Legality review: each request is reviewed for legal validity and a proper legal basis before any response, and we do not act on a request we consider unlawful. • Challenging improper requests: requests that are unlawful, overly broad, or improperly issued are challenged, narrowed, or refused. • Data minimization: where disclosure is legally required, we disclose only the minimum data strictly necessary to comply with the request. • Documentation: we document each request we receive, our response to it, and the legal reasoning and parties involved. Where we are legally permitted to do so, we will notify the affected user before disclosing their data.
7. Children's Privacy
Our Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are under 18, please do not provide any personal data on our Website.
8. Security
We are committed to keeping your information secure. We implement industry-standard administrative and technical precautions to protect personal data and Meta Platform Data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Access tokens are stored securely and are accessible only to processes that require them to operate the Service.
9. Data Deletion and Revocation of Facebook Permissions
You have full control over your data and can delete it at any time through any of the following channels. Delete your account in the app: From your profile settings, use "Delete Account" to permanently delete your entire Noxio account and all associated data — your profile, email record, all processed data, and any stored Facebook access tokens. This action is immediate and irreversible. Removing Facebook access: You can revoke Noxio's access from your Facebook profile at any time. Go to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites), locate "Noxio", and click "Remove". Facebook automatically notifies us, and we delete the data we obtained through Facebook — your Page access tokens and the comments and content we pulled from your Facebook Page — while your Noxio account and any data not sourced from Facebook remain. Our platform also immediately loses the ability to access your data through the Meta Graph API. Email deletion request: You can also send a request at any time to contact@noxio.pl with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will permanently delete your profile, email record, any processed Meta Platform Data, and all associated Facebook access tokens from our systems within 48 hours.
10. Changes to Our Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. All updates will be published on this page, and significant changes will be communicated via the email address you have provided.
11. Contact Us
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or wish to exercise your data rights, please contact us at contact@noxio.pl.
