1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using our website, https://noxio.pl ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") provided by Alina Nosovets, registered in Poland with NIP: 5273174167 and REGON: 542287720. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site.
2. Service Description
Noxio provides a live commerce comment aggregation utility ("Service") that enables authorized Facebook Page administrators to structure, view, and export public broadcast comments into organized tables and files, and to send order-confirmation messages to viewers who placed an order under a broadcast. Authorization through Meta's authentication gateway is required to access any features of the Service.
3. Payments and Subscriptions
Certain features of the Service are offered on a paid subscription basis. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor, Stripe; Noxio does not store your full payment card details. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method for the applicable plan until you cancel. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand through the billing portal available in your account. Prices are shown at checkout and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal; access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period. We may change plan pricing with prior notice through this page or the email associated with your account.
4. User Data & Meta Compliance
We collect personal data such as your name and email address to provide and improve our services. We process all data related to authorized live streams, including public Facebook comments and related metadata, in strict compliance with the Meta Developer Policies. For detailed information on how we handle, protect, and delete your data, please refer directly to our Privacy Policy.
5. Cookies
Our Site does not currently use cookies for tracking. If we introduce cookies in the future, their use will be described in our Privacy Policy and subject to your consent where required.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes arising from these terms will be handled under the jurisdiction of the Polish court system.
